As an extension of Purpose by Design’s mission to create intentional experiences with unforgettable impact, Compassion by Design focuses on uplifting and empowering family caregivers, professional elder-care workers, healthcare teams, and aging individuals. By combining nonprofit purpose with the operational strength and expertise of Purpose by Design, CBD delivers high-quality programs that improve both lives and systems.

Elder Care Training & Resources

We are developing programs designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide compassionate and effective care for seniors.

Elder Advocacy & Policy Reform

We will lead efforts to drive systemic change through research, education, and advocacy. This initiative will focus on identifying gaps in senior care policies and championing reforms that protect the rights and dignity of aging adults. Through in-depth research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic lobbying, we will work to influence legislation and promote policy solutions that improve long-term care standards, caregiver support, and equitable access to healthcare services for seniors across all communities.

Elder Care Conferences & Workshops

Our annual conference and monthly workshops are being designed to bring together professionals in the elder care field to discuss challenges, innovations, and solutions for improving the quality of life for seniors

Caregiver & Long-Term Care Support Services

We provide comprehensive support to both family caregivers and nursing home staff to ensure high-quality care for aging adults. Our services include training programs, emotional support, and practical resources for family caregivers, alongside professional development for long-term care staff. We help establish resident councils, implement assistive technologies, and introduce telehealth solutions—all designed to enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals in both home and facility-based care settings.
